This year, the British 10K London Run celebrates
it's 5th anniversary and the Psychiatry Research Trust has
secured 12 places for the event which takes place on Sunday,
3rd July 2005.
If you want to join in and raise money for
the Psychiatry Research Trust, you can book a place on the
team for just £30. All the team will receive PRT t-shirts
and there will be a special cup for the runner who raises
the most sponsorship money!
Race entry is limited and accepted on a first
come first served basis - enter now to avoid disappointment!
The route starts at Hyde Park Corner, runs
along Piccadilly and Pall Mall to the Embankment, up the Embankment
to St Paul's Cathedral where it loops around to return down
the Embankment, finishing in Whitehall.
At 10K, which is approximately 6 miles, this
event is suitable for all levels of runners. The only provisos
set by the organisers are that you are over 15 years of age,
suitably fit for the event and can complete the course within
two hours.
