The new IoP website was launched on the 30th of January 2004 (and has been continually redeveloped since then!). The aims of the design of the site are to:

• ensure that each page is up to date and accurate
• make the navigation of the site user friendly
• achieve a consistent look and feel across the whole site
• conform more closely to web and accessiblity standards and guidelines
